I was a working professional like you for more than 20 years in various capacities at small and multinational companies. Despite having all the prerequisites to progress in my workplace, I couldn’t make a mark. I understood that companies only want their staff to work according to their requirements but do not understand their staff’s innate qualities.

So, I work one-on-one with clients to help them go inwards and connect to their inherent qualities and align themselves with finding their authentic careers.
